Compensation — In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job-related factors.

Now Hiring: Universal Banker Floater

We're looking for a Universal Banker to be one of the front faces of the Bank and our customer's go-to person for service excellence and consultative management of their banking needs. As a floater , routine travel is required between our four branch locations: Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, Mount Dora, and St. Petersburg. You'll combine the precision of teller transactions with the energy of sales and relationship-building, giving you the opportunity to engage customers across multiple channels. You'll be empowered to promote Climate First Bank's full suite of products and services, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.

Experience & Education

• Prior experience in customer service or sales. Banking experience preferred. Retail or sales environment acceptable.

What to expect from your physical environment

• Routine travel across our four branch locations.
• Occasional U.S. travel for company events.

• Frequent communication (speaking and listening) and use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
