Bartender PositionAt Reforma you will work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment providing an up-beat experience for our guests which distinguishes our bar as being the unquestionable first choice. Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional guest services in the bar area are key. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.Responsibilities and Duties:Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beveragesInteract with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinksAssess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendationsMix ingredients to prepare cocktailsPlan and present bar menuCheck customer's identification and confirm they are of the legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and suppliesStay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experienceComply with all food and beverage regulationsQualifications and Skills:Proven working experience as a bartenderExcellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinksKnowledge of a second language will be considered a plusPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsAbility to keep the bar organized, stocked and cleanRelevant training certificate
