Job Overview Manager of Population Health programs provides strategic direction and operational oversight for quality and value‑based programs managed through Pacific Medical Centers. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or a related field. 2 years progressive health‑care leadership experience that includes healthcare services development, delivery, and operations. 2 years experience leading interdisciplinary care teams and planning complex geriatric and long‑term care. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or a related field. 2 years experience developing and executing successful strategic business plans. 2 years experience supervising staff in a matrix‑structured organization. 2 years experience with project‑management methodologies and software such as CAP, Work‑Out and Lean. Pay Range $47.05 - $73.04 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
