HR Business Partner | Established Hedge Fund New York | Up to $350,000 Total Compensation

This is with an established multi-strategy hedge fund with a strong track record and a growing global footprint. The firm is well-resourced, professionally run, and takes its people function seriously. They are now looking to add a senior HRBP to the team. This will partner across the full firm, across both investment and non-investment, with direct interaction to C-suite stakeholders. The remit covers the expected HRBP fundamentals: talent and performance management, employee relations, organisational design, and supporting on compensation cycles. You will also work to leverage the firm's HRIS and build a people analytics function that actually informs decision-making. For this, we are looking for an ambitious and intelligent HRBP with 4+ years of experience, and the potential to become a future leader of the HR function. Candidates should have worked in a fast-paced professional setting, so tech, fintech, professional services, as well as financial services all considered. You should be comfortable working with senior investment professionals and equally at ease working through operational detail. Hands-on experience with Workday, Oracle, or a comparable HRIS is required. This role offers the scope to join a well-respected global investment business.
