Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and design individualized therapy strategies to support their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure thorough and integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on effective therapy methods to encourage continuous progress outside of sessions
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep them on track towards their goals

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Continuing education or additional post-graduate certifications are highly encouraged

Licensure

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
