Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, developing personalized treatment plans that address psychosocial needs and foster emotional healing.

• Maintain regular communication with physicians and other health care team members to report on patient progress, specific needs, and any arising concerns.

• Document clinical notes and progress updates accurately and timely, adhering to clinic policies and state regulations.

• Lead therapy sessions focusing on teaching clients coping strategies and self-care practices that empower them to manage their mental health effectively.

• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement discharge plans that best suit clients’ ongoing needs post-treatment.

Qualifications\n
