Requirements for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely
A passion for providing compassionate, person-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Fountain Care at Sunset Hills. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting residents with daily living activities and enhancing their quality of life in a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA):
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care
Support residents with transfers, ambulation, and positioning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to implement individualized care plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while following infection control procedures
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, families, and staff
