Associate Director, Marketing Sciences

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine global forecast models for breast cancer and gynecologic oncology indications
- Lead forecast updates for annual planning, long-range planning, and financial guidance exercises
- Conduct market research and analytics to identify business trends and commercial implications
- Support affiliate forecasting alignment and local market expectation reconciliation
- Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic analytics for commercial decision-making
Requirements
- Experience developing and maintaining patient-based forecast models
- Proficiency with quantitative analytics and scenario modeling
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into executive presentations
- Knowledge of oncology market dynamics, treatment patterns, and competitive landscape
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with market research methodologies and data interpretation
