Learning Experience Designer

Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the fully remote contract AI Learning Experience Designer will create engaging learning solutions, develop high-level designs, produce content across various formats, and manage project workflows while ensuring compliance and accessibility standards. Key responsibilities Partner with clients to design end-to-end learning journeys and interfaces, focusing on UX/UI and accessibility Build working prototypes using AI coding and prototyping tools, integrating innovative technologies into learning solutions Facilitate review cycles and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and quality throughout projects Required qualifications 7-10 years of experience in learning design and development, with a strong focus on adult learning theory Hands-on fluency with AI prototyping and coding tools, as well as strong UX/UI fundamentals Proven experience with design sprints and agile delivery methodologies Data literacy, including the ability to define and act on learning metrics Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and authoring tools
