Housekeeper Needed for Airbnb in Miami, AZ — $18/hr (Pay Flexible Based on Experience) I’m seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented housekeeper for as‑needed Airbnb turnovers at a 2 bed 1 bath home in Miami, Arizona. Standard cleaning window: 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, with flexibility when there’s no booking or when guests arrive later. Key Responsibilities: • Full turnover cleaning — prepare home for next guest • Change & launder linens — start laundry immediately; dry, fold, store • Vacuum carpets & rugs • Kitchen reset — wipe counters, clean sink, wash dishes/utensils left out, clean microwave interior, clean refrigerator interior, and tidy all surfaces • Vacuum & mop kitchen and bathroom floors • Sanitize bathroom — including dropping a tank tablet • Furniture reset in all rooms — straighten décor, organize items, and ensure each space looks guest‑ready • Sweep & mop front and back porticos • Sweep driveway • Occasional interior & exterior glass window cleaning • Occasional lawn maintenance — light grass clearing mowing • Upload/send before & after photos of all rooms and outdoor areas • Manage trash — place bin on the street for Monday pickup • Final check — blinds/curtains closed, bedroom/bathroom doors open, lock both entries Requirements & Compensation: • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to follow a checklist • Comfortable working independently • Must download the Turno Cleaners app and send me a message there to coordinate jobs • Bonus: hotel or professional housekeeping experience • Pay is flexible based on experience • Guest tips go 100% to the cleaner • If you are a newbie or do not have housecleaning set up yet, cleaning supplies, lawn mower, mop, sweep, vacuum cleaner and leaf blower are provided by the host for use at this house • Supplies and equipment must be used strictly for this house only • All unused supplies and equipment must be stored in the assigned storage area after each turnover.
