ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 25 years in the banking industry. When I was ready for a new challenge, I was inspired by another State Farm agent and saw an opportunity to continue helping people while building a business focused on relationships, service, and community involvement.

Giving back to the community is one of my favorite parts of agency ownership. We stay actively involved with local schools and youth-focused initiatives, and I am a member of both the Rotary Club and United Fund. Supporting local children and families is something we care deeply about.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Cami Lucero - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
