You'll mentor workplace skills, track progress, and support individuals through personalized plans. Your hands-on work will be impactful and rewarding, whether celebrating a new job or helping others navigate challenges. OUR IDEAL EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANTWe're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:Bachelor 's degree in rehabilitation, psychology, counseling, human services, business, or related fields or 1+ years of experience with job-seeking, coaching, leading, training-related, or working in disability services. Transferable skills include customer service, barista/bartending, networking, and coaching experience are highly translatable.18+ years oldValid driver's license with a safe driving recordPassionate about service and a desire to support others to achieve their goalsABOUT USWe are a local nonprofit founded in 1966 with a primary focus on job training for individuals with developmental disabilities.
