Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions tailored to individual client needs, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client stressors, challenges, and goals, subsequently crafting personalized mindfulness and therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress reduction.
\n
• Lead engaging group workshops on mindfulness and stress management strategies to foster community support and shared learning among clients.
\n
• Incorporate evidence-based mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions to effectively address mental health concerns while supporting personal growth.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation on client progress, intervention strategies, and treatment plans, contributing to a holistic view of client wellness.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practices and ongoing professional development to continually enhance your expertise in mindfulness-based therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress-related conditions, and other emotional disturbances. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients develop resilience, manage stress effectively, and improve their overall quality of life through tailored mindfulness practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.
\n
• Strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and a commitment to integrating mindfulness into clinical practice.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to create a supportive and calming therapeutic environment for clients.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and facilitate positive therapeutic outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or similar mindfulness practices.

• Prior experience in conducting group therapy sessions focusing on mindfulness or stress management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
