Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to gauge their mental health needs and history, engaging in one-on-one telehealth counseling sessions that build a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practices to promote resilience and recovery.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques to address a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, ensuring a holistic focus on mental well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records for each client, including treatment progress notes, diagnoses, and treatment adjustments, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Serve as a resource for clients and their families by providing education on psychosocial stressors, coping strategies, and community resources that support their health and wellness.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, sharing insights on their progress and advocating for necessary resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Appropriate licensure in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in providing telehealth counseling services, showcasing proficiency in engaging with clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
