Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns accurately and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to meet individual client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies based on their progress and feedback.
\n
• Offer teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for those who face challenges attending in-person sessions, thereby broadening our reach and impact.

• Maintain complete and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and clinical supervision to enhance your practice and stay informed of emerging best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each with unique histories and personal circumstances, requiring tailored therapeutic approaches that highlight your empathetic and holistic understanding of their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid mental health license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is a prerequisite.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of trust and rapport with clients quickly.

• A compassionate, non-judgmental approach, showcasing your commitment to understanding clients' varied experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional time management abilities, essential for handling a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.

• Attractive yearly salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload.
