Key Responsibilities\n

• Carry out comprehensive initial assessments to determine clients' mental health status, history, and needs, leading to tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-backed practices.

• Work closely with our case management team and psychiatrists to coordinate care plans, ensuring holistic treatment tailored to each client's requirements.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients in acute distress, applying your clinical expertise compassionately and effectively.

• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness and dismantling stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license in Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and establishing rapport with clients.

• Exhibit cultural competence to effectively connect with clients from varied backgrounds.
\n
• Possess excellent organizational abilities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress.
