Key Responsibilities\n

• Offer clinical supervision and guidance to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high-quality care standards are met.

• Develop cross-system treatment plans in collaboration with other community professionals to achieve integrated care for individuals.

• Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities to individuals, families, and groups, adapting approaches based on client needs.

• Promptly assess crisis situations, determining urgency and coordinating appropriate interventions and services for clients in need.
\n
• Conduct training sessions and educational workshops on critical clinical topics for team members and community stakeholders.
\n
• Complete thorough intake assessments, identify initial client treatment needs, and formulate accurate diagnoses in accordance with the DSM V standards.

• Construct personalized treatment plans that adopt evidence-based practices to address clients with complex or co-occurring diagnoses.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic treatment models, including behavior modification and brief therapy techniques, during counseling sessions.

Qualifications\n
