SUMMARY
We are seeking an Bilingual (Korean) Administrative Assistant with 2–4 years of experience, including knowledge of accounts and invoicing.
Contract 90 Days with posible extension
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Filing and collecting invoices
- Submitting invoices within the system
- Accurately entering invoice data into the system
Requirement:
Bilingual Korean & English
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Concur, or similar accounting software
Familiarity with Bill.com
Basic understanding of Excel
