Location: Charleston, South Carolina (Onsite)

Length: Perm/direct hire

Pay rate: 26/hr. on W2 basis

***There are two openings -- one is the overnight shift (8:45 PM to 7:15 AM) and the other is a rotating morning & afternoon shift (6:30AM -3PM and 1:30-10PM, respectfully)

Role Overview


We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support registered pharmacists by performing essential activities required for dispensing medical prescriptions. This position is based in an oncology hospital setting. This is a career-focused role for individuals seeking a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, input, and verify prescription, refill, and patient information.
• Receive and stock incoming pharmacy supplies.
• Prepare labels and routine prepacked medication orders.
• Ensure timely distribution of medications and supplies throughout the hospital (Central Delivery).

Required Qualifications

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
• Stable work history and a desire for a long-term role.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.
• Capacity to manage high volumes of medications in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• South Carolina Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• IV Certification.
• Experience in a hospital or oncology setting.
• Familiarity with USP 797 and USP 800 standards.
