Finance Assistant

Managing internal accounts and assisting with daily accounting tasks, the full-time Finance Assistant will execute transactions, reconcile accounts, and support annual filings in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Manage financial operations for assigned properties, maintaining accurate ledgers and reconciling accounts Monitor tenant accounts, process rent collections, and address financial inquiries from tenants Review and approve property-related invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments and compliance with budgets Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of General Accounting experience Experience with Microsoft Excel and proficient accounting software skills Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information Real Estate experience is a plus QuickBooks experience is a plus
