Job Summary

A growing manufacturing team in Santa Clara is seeking a Medical Device Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a clean-room production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, steady hands, and experience performing precise assembly work in a structured manufacturing setting.

The Medical Device Assembler will support the production of high-quality medical device components while following Standard Operating Procedures, completing visual inspections, entering production data, and working closely with team members to meet quality and output goals. Key Responsibilities

- Perform detailed medical device assembly in a clean-room manufacturing environment.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment according to established procedures.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and quality standards to ensure accurate, consistent output.
- Complete data collection, documentation, and basic computer entry related to production activities.
- Conduct visual inspections and use measuring equipment to verify product quality.
- Adapt to changing production needs, including movement between teams, buildings, or related manufacturing areas as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range provided: $25 to $27 per hour.
- 1st shift noted at $24.50 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Santa Clara, CA.
- Background check and drug test required.
