The Behavior Technician plays a crucial role in delivering behavioral health services by implementing treatment plans and supporting clients through direct interaction. Working closely under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, this position involves hands-on behavioral assessment and treatment at various client locations, focusing on one client at a time. The role offers valuable opportunities for career advancement within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior interventions as outlined by the Behavior Analyst
- Accurately record and document client data and progress
- Engage directly with clients to provide supportive interaction and care
- Conduct behavior assessments to monitor client needs and responses
- Execute individualized treatment plans effectively on-site
- Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions and interventions
- Travel regularly to multiple client locations to provide services
