Maintenance Technician IIThe Maintenance Technician II is responsible for maintaining the reliability, safety, and performance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support uninterrupted production operations. This hands-on role performs preventative and predictive maintenance, diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related issues, and responds quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. The technician will troubleshoot complex machine failures using schematics, technical manuals, PLC controls, diagnostic tools, and root cause analysis techniques, while also completing mechanical rebuilds and assisting with the installation and startup of new equipment. Working closely with production and cross-functional teams, the Maintenance Technician II will manage work orders through maintenance systems, document completed work, maintain organized maintenance areas, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, and operational efficiency. This role also provides leadership and mentorship to other team members, supports maintenance excellence programs, and serves as a key resource in driving plant performance and equipment reliability.
