Four Elements Electrical Contracting is seeking a highly motivated Licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong commercial and residential experience. This is a Lead role that will require the supervision of 1 or more apprentices while completing a mix of commercial and residential new construction, remodel, and service projects. Most projects will be located in the Fredericksburg, King George, Colonial Beach, and Northern Neck areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Thorough knowledge of current National Electrical Code (both Residential and Commercial)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication with customers, team members, and project managers
• Install electrical wiring systems including Romex, EMT conduit, Rigid conduit, MC Cable, Underground wiring, and other systems
• Install and terminate service equipment up to 480 Volts
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs on both commercial and residential systems
• Work safely in all weather conditions
• Ability to work and maneuver in attics, crawlspaces, and tight commercial spaces
• Work at heights over 20 feet using ladders, lifts, and scaffolding as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Journeyman Electrician License (required; applicants without a valid Journeyman's license will not be considered for this role)
• At least 2 years of experience in a lead role performing commercial and/or residential electrical installations (will be verified)
• Strong commercial electrical experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to our office/shop in King George, VA
• Ability to pass a basic background check
• Positive attitude, great work ethic, and pride in workmanship
• Ability and willingness to learn and grow with the company

Hourly Pay Range:

• $25 – $35 per hour (Based on experience, commercial/residential work history, and licensure)
