Our dedicated physical and occupational therapists work tirelessly to help individuals regain their previous activity levels, whether that involves returning to work, engaging in sports, or simply enjoying everyday life with reduced discomfort. We aim to make each therapy session both engaging and effective, ensuring a productive and positive experience for all.

This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday for 40 hours each week, with flexible scheduling options available. Candidates interested in working 32 to 39 hours per week are also encouraged to apply. Saturday shifts require 4 hours of availability.

As a Physical Therapist, your success will be driven by:

• Utilizing your clinical expertise to assess movement dysfunction and uncover underlying issues through patient history and physical examinations.
• Collaboratively creating and modifying evidence-based care plans that align with each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Implementing skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities to enhance function and alleviate pain.
• Monitoring significant patient outcomes and adjusting your treatment approach based on progress and clinical observations.
• Acting as a reliable resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery process.

To be considered for the Physical Therapist position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid Physical Therapist license (or the ability to obtain one in the state of practice).
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Current CPR and first aid certification is required.

The salary for this role ranges from $85K to $112K+ , which includes productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities available for certifications.
