Cascade Medical Associates (CMA) is seeking Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our longstanding, stable, single-hospital contract group at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center in Springfield, Oregon.

McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center is a growing regional hospital currently transitioning to a nonprofit healthcare system, creating exciting opportunities for future growth and innovation. Plans are already underway to open a satellite Emergency Department in Eugene within the next two years.

Our Emergency Department moved into a new, state-of-the‑art 38‑bed facility seven years ago and continues to expand alongside the hospital’s rapidly growing specialty services.

Clinical & Scheduling

• Modern 38‑bed Emergency Department
• Approximately 13 nine‑hour shifts per month
• Shared scheduling model averaging 2–3 night shifts monthly
• Dedicated nocturnist position available with increased compensation
• Efficient department with strong consultant responsiveness
• Collegial team of all Board Eligible/Board Certified Emergency Physicians

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary of $29,250, equivalent to $250/hour, based on 13 shifts per month
• Additional compensation opportunities for nocturnists and leadership roles
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus
• CME allowance of $2,000 annually
