Overview Are you an experienced Regional Director ready to lead a growing portfolio of luxury apartment communities? We're seeking a dynamic, customer-focused leader to oversee a portfolio of Class A and B+ conventional multifamily communities throughout the Tampa Bay and Central Florida markets. Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of 4–5 multifamily communities Lead, mentor, and support Executive Directors and Maintenance Supervisors Drive occupancy, NOI, resident satisfaction, and operational performance Manage budgets, financial reporting, capital projects, and business plans Conduct regular property visits, coaching, and performance reviews Partner with onsite teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence Qualifications 3+ years of Regional Director or Regional Property Manager Conventional multifamily experience required Lease-up experience strongly preferred Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and variance reporting experience Experience with RealPage/OneSite preferred Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound business decisions Willingness to travel throughout the portfolio with a home base in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area What We Offer $120,000–$135,000 annual salary Hybrid and flexible work schedule Stable, growing portfolio with long-term career advancement Collaborative culture that empowers leaders and values innovation If you're a strategic multifamily leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving results, and creating exceptional resident experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
