Program Specialist (Training Coordinator)

Program Specialist (Training Coordinator)
Duties
The duties include:
- Analyzing data to determine training needs of Fid Hub employees.
- Developing quality assurance processes for unique work conditions.
- Performing quality reviews and creating local operating procedures.
- Providing management advisory services for training needs.
- Utilizing technology in training programs.
- Mentoring team members on technical aspects of the job.
- Advising on technical training policies and research.
Promotion Potential:
The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level. The grade progression for this position is GS-11/12.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
