Job Responsibilities

• - Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial fencing projects, including labor and material pricing.
• Develop detailed material lists and takeoffs to support project bids.
• Identify and pursue new bidding opportunities through online job boards and plan rooms.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Utilize Bluebeam to perform takeoffs and markup project documents.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals within required deadlines.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain current material pricing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure estimates align with project execution capabilities.

Job Requirements

• - 3-4 years of estimating experience.
• Experience with commercial project bidding.
• Ability to price jobs and build accurate material lists.
• Experience sourcing and identifying bid opportunities through job posting sites and plan rooms.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
