About the job

Our customer is seeking a motivated Personal Banker to provide excellent customer service, process commercial and consumer transactions, onboard new accounts, and establish lasting relationships with clients. This role involves managing the full cycle of new account creation, from initial contact through to onboarding and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience for each new customer. You will also work the teller line and complete wire and other transfers.

Experience: 2-4 years in banking personal banking role with some teller experience.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Teams.
