Staff Occupational Therapist

Job Title

Performs clinical evaluations and establishes individual treatment programs so that each patient will achieve their maximum functional potential.

Location: Broward Health Medical Center, 1600 S. Andrews Avenue Ft. Lauderdale FL 33316

Work Details: Pool (as needed), FTE: 0.01 - as needed, Schedule: Days - as needed

Job Qualifications:

A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): Required for consideration: Bachelor's of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

B. Experience (or equivalent education): No Experience Required for Hospital Setting. One year of related experience required for Home Health Setting.

C. Licensure Required for consideration: Occupational Therapy from State of Florida.

D. Certification Required for consideration: BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (only these two providers will be accepted).
