Flex On Call Security Officer We're hiring a reliable, experienced, Flex On Call Security Officer! The persons in this position will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling, monitoring premises, and performing search procedures. Shifts include: All shifts; Must be available for at least two different shifts throughout the week. Hourly starting wage: $17.00/HR. Prosegur offers a whole suite of benefit options. Responsibilities: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general Unarmed security duties to our clients. Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures. Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner. This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer. Qualifications: 18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED required. State Issued Security License Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Clean driving record and valid driver license Capable of following complex instructions Strong interpersonal skills Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
