In this role, you would ensure all revenue is posted to the correct departments and balance all departments’ revenue daily. The hours for this position are from 12:00 AM EST – 08:00 AM EST. Pay Rate: $18 - $23 per hour Key Responsibilities Provide, distribute, and process all required audit reports and perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Director of Finance. Verify the status of all wake-up calls and ensure they are properly handled. Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash. Attend and actively participate in training and cross-training programs. Keep supervisor informed of any unusual events and/or deviations of policies. Maximize productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in finding and implementing solutions. Performs special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. WhatWe’reLooking For Strong knowledge of accounting/finance needed. Ability to understand and use math concepts. Ability to interpret technical information presented. Work with math problems quickly and accurately. Must be team-oriented and enjoy a hands-on environment. Must be detail-oriented and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks. Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to report financial information.
