Night Auditor

Overnight Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM We are looking for a dependable, professional, and responsible Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position is perfect for someone who is comfortable working overnight, enjoys helping guests, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently. The Night Auditor plays an important role in keeping the hotel running smoothly overnight while providing excellent service to our guests. Responsibilities Include: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner Check guests in and out accurately Verify identification and methods of payment Process payments, deposits, and incidental holds correctly Answer phones and assist with guest questions or concerns Monitor hotel activity and help maintain a safe environment overnight Complete nightly audit procedures accurately Review reservations and remaining arrivals before running audit Maintain accurate front desk records and shift notes Handle guest concerns professionally and contact management when necessary Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized Prepare the front desk for the morning shift Follow all hotel policies and procedures What We Are Looking For: Dependable and punctual - reliability is extremely important Professional appearance and attitude Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently Able to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers Basic computer skills Able to stay focused and productive throughout the overnight shift Previous hotel/front desk experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Applicants must be available and dependable for the overnight shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
