We seek candidates with a proven track record in managing a diverse case portfolio and a history of successfully litigating cases in Circuit, General District, and Federal Courts within the Commonwealth of Virginia. Qualifications: Active license to practice law in Virginia. Demonstrated experience in personal injury law, including a history of trial successes and claim negotiations. Lead depositions, focus groups, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Maintain exemplary client relationships and mentor junior attorneys and peers.
