Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: 1st Shift — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $19/hr

Job Description

The  Sales Support Associate plays a vital role in supporting daily sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams. As a  Sales Support Associate , you will handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional customer service to strengthen overall sales performance. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment. The ideal  Sales Support Associate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple client interactions each day.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to support ongoing sales activities and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up‐to‐date client records, ensuring all correspondence and documentation are precise and properly filed.
• Assist with processing orders, tracking updates, and coordinating follow‐up to ensure timely completion.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, clarifying information, and supporting issue resolution.
• Support sales staff with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, updating systems, and organizing workflow.
• Manage multiple client accounts, orders, and requests daily while maintaining strong organizational control.
• Ensure accuracy in all data entry and record‐keeping to support smooth sales operations.
