Senior Principal, MRS Strategic Innovation, Research

Responsibilities Perform essential analysis and research to enable MRS to innovate and expand its portfolio Develop comprehensive assessments of opportunities, risks, benefits, and costs for new or enhanced products and services Conduct market research and analysis for evaluations Engage industry stakeholders to gather insights on market practices Collaborate with FINRA business units for product development support Ensure assessments incorporate cross-functional perspectives Evaluate strategic fit of opportunities against FINRA's guiding principles Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations Requirements Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in securities, compliance or financial regulation Advanced degree and/or relevant industry certification(s) preferred Advanced knowledge of equity, debt, and listed derivatives markets Strong understanding of securities market structure issues Proven record of creating executive-level reporting using metrics and analysis Experience presenting as a subject matter expert Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification required upon hire or within 16 months #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
