2nd Swing is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our West Palm Beach team. In this role, you'll coach and develop a talented team, create an exceptional customer experience, and help drive the success of the store. We're looking for someone who leads by example, enjoys working alongside their team, and brings a positive, energetic attitude every day. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the West Palm Beach team while creating a positive and engaging work environment.
• Help your team grow through ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Jump in to assist customers and ensure every golfer has an outstanding experience.
• Keep the store running smoothly by overseeing daily operations, merchandising, inventory, and staffing.
• Drive sales by motivating the team, tracking goals, and celebrating wins.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members who fit the 2nd Swing culture.
• Partner with other store leaders and corporate teams to execute promotions, events, and company initiatives.
• Solve problems quickly and confidently while supporting both customers and employees.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach and a willingness to help wherever needed.
• Create a fun, energetic environment where teammates enjoy coming to work and customers enjoy shopping.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in golf or specialty retail.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and building strong relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
• Experience managing daily retail operations, merchandising, and inventory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Solid knowledge of current golf equipment and industry trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading a team of passionate golfers.

Compensation:

Starting pay range is $62,000 - $92,000 based on previous experience.
