What You'll Do

• Provide expert care to acutely ill patients in trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, or medically unstable units
• Monitor and assess patient conditions with a focus on Q1H or more frequent interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Respond to emergencies swiftly with critical skills and judgment
• Uphold standards of safety, infection control, and legal compliance

What You Need Required:

• Current Massachusetts RN license on file
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of CCU/ICU experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Preferred:

• Experience with trauma, surgical, neuro, or cardiac units
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to fast-paced environments
