Director of Sales Experience

Summary
The Director of Sales Experience leads store sales programs and client development performance, building a customer-focused experience and driving results. This on-site role partners with store and regional leaders and reports to the General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Client Development team performance and goals through Group Selling Managers.
- Communicate store vision and goals, promote consistent customer service, and build an energized team environment.
- Partner with store, regional, merchant, planning, brand, and client development teams on strategy and action plans.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends, set priorities, and adjust processes to improve results.
- Support the Store General Manager and facilitate leadership meetings in their absence.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of relevant experience, including luxury retail fashion experience.
- Prior senior retail management experience and a record of achieving results across multiple businesses.
- Experience building, motivating, and coaching teams and navigating complex business problems.
- Strong collaboration, executive presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
