Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license for South Carolina; COMPACT license state eligibility required
• Previous experience delivering PT services to K-12 populations in educational or pediatric settings highly valued
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet students’ unique needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student
• Deliver evidence-based PT interventions to K-12 students exclusively onsite throughout the district
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state protocols
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and support staff to share strategies and maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop appropriate educational goals for students
• Contribute positively to the school community, promoting physical well-being and inclusion

Contract Details & Perks:

• Full school-year contract: August 31, 2026 – May 27, 2027
• Standard school-based schedule at 37.5 hours per week
