Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving, loading, and organizing materials throughout the warehouse or production facility. This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and overall warehouse workflow. Candidates must be reliable, safetyfocused, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sitdown, standup, or cherry picker forklifts to move materials

• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and freight

• Stage, organize, and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations

• Perform daily forklift inspections and follow OSHA safety procedures

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks

• Secure loads and optimize pallet placement for safe transport

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazardfree work environment

• Support production or warehouse teams with material movement as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of forklift operation experience (sitdown, standup, or cherry picker)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills

• Forklift certification

• Inventory control or cycle counting experience

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems
