Electrical Assembler (Level I - III) - 2nd Shift

About This Role We are looking for Electrical Assemblers (Level I, II, and III) for our LV/MV assembly Integration team. This position will be based in Knightdale, NC. You will train at our Wendell, NC facility for the first month before moving to the Knightdale location. Shift Hours

3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Compensation Level I: $20.36/hour Level II: $22.46/hour Level III: $24.79/hour Shift Differential: $1.50 Basic Qualifications – Electrical Assembler I 1+ year of experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical field. 1+ year’s experience with commercial or industry wiring. Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Proficiency in reading and working with schematic drawings, layouts, and wire lists with minimal supervision. Experience using standard hand and power tools, including pneumatic, battery‑operated, and wiring tools, and accurately reading a tape measure. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization. Preferred Qualifications – Electrical Assembler I Some knowledge of electrical clearances. Associate’s degree or technical training in the area of responsibility. Proven record in quality and productivity. Basic Qualifications – Electrical Assembler II

1. year of experience in electrical product assembly or a related assembly.
2. years’ experience with commercial or industry wiring.

2+ years of experience using standard hand and power tools, including pneumatic, battery‑operated, and wiring tools, and accurately reading a tape measure. Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Proficiency in reading and working with schematic drawings, layouts, and wire lists with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications – Electrical Assembler II Some knowledge of electrical clearances. High school diploma or associate’s degree or technical training in the area of responsibility. Proven record in quality and productivity. Basic Qualifications – Electrical Assembler III 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly or a related electrical products assembly field. 5+ years’ experience with commercial or industry wiring. 2+ years of experience using standard hand and power tools, including pneumatic, battery‑operated, and wiring tools, and accurately reading a tape measure. Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Proficiency in reading and working with schematic drawings, layouts, and wire lists with minimal supervision. Experience working with SAP and Salesforce. Ability to train others and exhibit leadership skills. Proven record in quality and productivity. Responsibilities Perform sub‑assembly and final assembly wiring with high accuracy and workmanship, including proper stripping and crimping techniques. Work with large power cables, ensuring correct crimping methods, and assemble components on panels per layouts or drawings. Record job transactions, read BOMs, and follow layouts and assembly drawings. Set and use torque wrenches correctly, adhering to developed processes and seeking ways to improve. Adhere to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policies with a commitment to continuous improvement and be a strong team player.
