Qualifications Mechanical Assembler I – Basic Qualifications 1+ year of experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical field. Experience using standard hand and power tools (pneumatic and battery-operated), including accurate measurement and application of torque using torque wrenches and measuring devices. Ability to identify mechanical parts and electrical components. Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs. Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer‑sponsored work authorization. Mechanical Assembler I – Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Mechanical Assembler II – Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical field. 1+ year of experience with standard hand and power tools. Knowledge of torque wrench and applied torque values. Experience with measuring devices such as tape measures. Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs. Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer‑sponsored work authorization. Mechanical Assembler II – Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. SAP experience. Proven record in quality and productivity. Customer focus and quality mindset. Mechanical Assembler III – Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical field. 3+ years of experience with standard hand and power tools. Knowledge of torque wrench and applied torque values. Experience with measuring devices such as tape measures. Ability to identify mechanical parts and electrical components. Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs. Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking). Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer‑sponsored work authorization. Mechanical Assembler III – Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. SAP experience. Responsibilities Assemble sub-assemblies, part kits, and aftermarket parts orders, including mechanical assembly of steel components. Record job transactions, read BOMs, and follow assembly layouts and drawing instructions. Set and use torque wrenches correctly, adhering to established processes and seeking ways to improve. Adhere to environmental and occupational health and safety policies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
