Assistant Executive Director

We're Hiring Assistant Executive Director Full-Time | Exempt | Reports to the Executive Director Are you a natural relationship-builder who thrives on making people feel welcome? Agemark is looking for an Assistant Executive Director to help lead sales, marketing, life enrichment and facilities for our community — partnering closely with our Executive Director to create an outstanding experience for residents, families and staff. What You'll Do

• Drive sales and marketing through outreach, community engagement and creative follow-up, including tours and needs assessments with prospective residents.
• Keep detailed, accurate records in our CRM and meet daily with the Sales Director to align on priorities.
• Partner with families, service providers and staff to make sure every resident's needs are met.
• Plan and host networking events, and represent the community at presentations, vendor relations and professional meetings.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director and care teams to ensure residents are matched with the right level of care.
• Champion “first impressions” — monitoring cleanliness, staging and building upkeep, and flagging concerns to leadership.
• Support move-in and move-out logistics, room turns, and timely completion of maintenance tickets.
• Greet visitors, answer phones and foster positive interactions among residents, families, staff and the wider community.
• Get involved in life enrichment activities and occasionally drive the community vehicle for outings and appointments.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in staff management and sales & marketing required.
• Background in geriatrics, health care, senior living or a related field preferred.
• A degree in a related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with computers and social media; proven track record of integrity and sound judgment.
• A team player who can also work independently, prioritize, and stay flexible in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours based on community needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.
