DaVita is hiring a Float Dialysis RN to give life to our patients at our North Ridge Dialysis in Madison, Auburn Road Dialysis in Painesville, and Ashtabula Dialysis in Ashtabula, Ohio. Key Responsibilities: Operational Hours: Mon - Sat 5:00am earliest start and end time latest 6:30pm Shift differential for travel, paid mileage Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility! We are looking for someone that works well in a team, very adaptable, willing to travel/float within the region, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker. Qualifications: At least 1 year of clinical experience as a RN Current RN license in state of practice CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation 2+ years' experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred) Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills CNN certification a plus We are looking for someone that works well in a team, very adaptable, has great leadership skills, time management, able to take and give redirection if/when needed, not afraid to speak up and communicate, critical thinker.
