Fine Dining General Manager A highly regarded, independently owned upscale restaurant is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a strong team culture, and drive continued business growth in Charleston, South Carolina. What You'll Do Lead all restaurant operations and guest experience initiatives Manage and develop a team of approximately 25 employees Coach and support a small leadership team Partner closely with an accomplished Executive Chef Drive revenue growth through local marketing, community engagement, events, and guest development Oversee staffing, training, labor management, and operational execution Maintain high standards of hospitality, service, and facility presentation What We're Looking For 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale dining, polished casual, fine dining, or hospitality-driven restaurant concepts Strong leadership and team development skills Experience managing financial performance and restaurant profitability Track record of growing sales and guest counts through specific initiatives and community involvement Ability to work collaboratively with culinary leadership New restaurant opening experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $95K+, commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Benefits package Paid time off Excellent quality of life compared to many restaurant leadership roles Dinner-only operation, 5 days per week Why Consider This Opportunity?
