Lead the Team That Helps Drive Our Growth!Highland Roofing is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimating Manager to lead and develop our estimating team while driving consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement across our organization.This role is ideal for an experienced commercial roofing estimator ready to lead a team, an estimating manager from another construction trade, or a senior project manager looking to transition into a leadership position.We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and helping teams reach their full potential.The role can be based in any of our offices – Charlotte, Raleigh/Garner, or Wilmington.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop estimators across multiple locationsConduct one-on-one meetings, training, and performance coachingManage bid schedules, workload distribution, and estimating workflowImprove estimating processes, standards, and best practicesLead bid reviews and strengthen risk management practicesEnsure estimates are accurate, competitive, and completed on timePartner with sales, operations, and senior leadership to support company growthTravel regularly to Highland Roofing locations to build relationships and support team developmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience OR 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experiencePrevious leadership, management, or supervisory experienceStrong understanding of construction estimating principlesExperience with construction estimating softwareProven ability to coach and develop employeesStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsPreferredCommercial roofing estimating experienceExperience with The EDGE estimating softwareProcess improvement experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceWhy Highland Roofing?For the past 20 years, we have delivered trusted commercial roofing services across the Carolinas.
