As a Back of House Supervisor your job is watching kitchen operations by supervising staff, maintaining correct cleaning procedures, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing labor, and ensuring efficient, high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervised and coordinated daily back-of-house operations to ensure efficient kitchen performance.
