Director, Product Portfolio Management - Infectious Disease

Role
Lead product portfolio strategy and lifecycle management for Labcorp's Infectious Disease diagnostic offerings, focusing on commercialization, market access, and portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- develop and execute product roadmaps
- forecast and analyze market trends
- build business cases
- coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Market Access, and Operations
- Serve as the commercial voice for product development
- lead strategic partnerships
- support product launches and acquisitions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in product management, diagnostics, or life sciences
- strong expertise in infectious disease, diagnostics commercialization, and regulatory pathways
- experience in forecasting, pricing, and market access
Preferred
- advanced degrees (MS, MPH, MBA)
- 5+ years in diagnostics/regulatory
- deep infectious disease knowledge
